We have had to raise our shipping fees from $250.00 to $300.00 due to higher gas prices, this has caused our health papers from the vet to go up in cost and the shipping charges from the airport to raise as well, I hate to do this but I cant afford to lose even more money shipping puppies as I was already paying about $50.00 more than I charged when cost of shipping was $250.00  Thanks You For Understanding

If you need to ship a dog, total shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and due before the animal ships. 

1.  Cost Of Health Certificate: $50.00 (includes second vet check, health papers and certificate of acclimation)

2.  Shipping crate: $35.00  (Yours to keep, they work great for potty training)

3. Shipping cost must be prepaid to us before the puppy/dog ships.

4. Continental Airlines shipping charges are apx. $210.00 for any destination in the USA.  For info about shipping charges you can contact Continental Airlines @ 1-800-575-3335.  We can also ship via American if we have to but prefer to ship with Continental Airlines for the safety of you pet.

5. We ship safely during the summer months with Continental Airlines. 

Below is our purchase contract, you must have signed a copy of this contract when purchasing or placing a deposit on a puppy, contact me to decide the best way for me to fill out and send you a copy to sign.

Purchase Contract

Contract between the seller, Sugar Creek Aussies, and the Buyer, _________________________________.  Said puppy/dog is sold to buyer

on_____________, at the total price of $_____________.  A deposit of $_____________ was placed on said puppy/dog on the date

of_____________, leaving a balance of $_____________to be paid before the dog ships or is picked up by the buyer.

A.  To the best of the knowledge of Sugar Creek Aussies said puppy/dog is in healthy, sound condition as far as the eye can see at the time of sale.  Buyer has  72 hours from the time of delivery/pickup to have a vet check done on above named puppy.dog.  Vet check must be done by a licensed veterinarian.  Buyer must retain vet documents showing dates and procedures of the vet check for future refernce.  Buyer is required to have a licensed veterinarian administer two more puppy vaccines to above named puppy, vaccines must aid in the prevention of parvo and distemper and be given at two-four week intervals following first vaccine given by breeder.  If buyer fails to have vet check done within above named time or fails to continue vaccines as stated above this contract will be considered null and void.

B. This puppy/dog is guaranteed against the following inherited defects only for the period of time stated below, no other guarantees will be made.  We will not cover injury to hips or eyes due to cruelty of any kind.

 (1) Hip dysplasia, should it be found before the age of 24 months.

 (2) Inherited eye defects will be covered until the age of 12 months.

C. All puppies/dogs are sold as PET QUALITY only, this does not mean they are not show/breed quality, we just don't sell them as such.

D. Health guarantee does not cover the finding of any parasite, internal or external as this is a treatable condition.

All puppies will carry our Sugar Creek kennel name within the registered name of the puppy with both ASDR and NSDR registries.  You may use Sugar Creek's Ringo for example, breeders with a kennel name of their own may use for example: Rocking W's Ringo Of Sugar Creek.

Seller is in no way responsible for any vet bills made after puppy/dog leaves the care of Sugar Creek Aussies.  In the event that a problem should arise with hips/eyes above named puppy shall be replaced with a puppy of equal value from the next available litter, provided that said puppy has been returned to the breeder in the same condition as it was sold.  Buyer must provide a letter from a licensed veterinarian that states the condition of puppy.  Seller will not refund money in whole or in part.   

All shipping costs related to any dog being purchased, as well as in relationship to any dog being replaced for any reason, are the responsibility of the buyer.  Seller shall not be responsible for death of said puppy/dog due to negligence or carelessness of any airline or other live animal carrier, it's agents or employees, or the buyer.

Seller cannot guarantee the adult size of any puppy/dog(s).  We do however try to come close based on the size of the sire and dam. 

This contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Oklahoma, in the county of Stephens.  It is agreed the place of venue shall be Stephens County, Oklahoma.  I the undersigned buyer have read, understand and agree with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this sales contract.
